Information for Special Events at Orchard Hill
Orchard Hill, a private 19th century Quaker
farmhouse, is set amidst extensive lawns and gardens on the historic Old
Westbury Gardens estate.
A variety of charming rooms can accommodate all types of special occasions
including Corporate Parties, Dinners, Cocktail Parties, Weddings, Teas,
fundraisers Meetings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, etc.
Orchard Hill can be booked for your special occasion during the months of March
through December.
NOTE: Booking is
not available October 2011 through December 2011 due to the planned Designer
Showhouse.
 Capacity
For seated dinners, teas, luncheons and other special events, up to 60
guests can be accommodated inside of Orchard Hill. For larger events we can
accommodate up to 150 guests under a 30' x 30' tent (120 guests with room for a
dance floor).
For cocktail parties or stand-up events the maximum capacity is 80.

Catering Information
We will provide you with a list of distinguished caterers whom will work
with you to customize your menu and lend their expertise on all of the details.
