USE OF OLD WESTBURY GARDENS INFORMATION AND COMPUTER SYSTEMS

The Gardens recognizes the importance of providing complete and timely information regarding its plans, programs and other matters affecting the Gardens' operations.  To assist in achieving this goal, the Gardens has provided access for employees to its email and computer system.  The email and computer capability are provided by the Gardens to foster more effective communications and their use is restricted to business purposes only.  No right of privacy is attached to email and voicemail messages.  The Gardens may access and review employee email messages as well as computer input at any time.

Use of the Gardens' computer system to send offensive or inappropriate email messages, including discriminatory or suggestive messages, is strictly prohibited.

Computer equipment is to be used for Old Westbury Gardens' business purposes only.  Passwords and other forms of identification and authorization are not to be shared or otherwise disclosed.
