Trained at Kripalu\, she integrates traditional yoga philosophy with a gentle\, accessible approach to movement and mindfulness. Marilyn leads teacher trainings\, retreats\, and workshops\, and is known for creating supportive spaces that encourage both personal growth and deep rest.
