Professional yoga instructor Amanda Ferrando leads students through a dynamic, yet gentle flow of postures and conscious breathing. Participants must bring a yoga mat, yoga strap, and towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda\u00a0is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher who is so excited to meet you! Her classes are designed to empower students and inspire them to believe in themselves both on and off the mat. She prioritizes safety and accessibility for her students by offering modifications in every class.\u00a0Amanda\u2019s gentle teaching style focuses on support and encouragement during both movement and meditation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Amanda took her teacher training at the Long Island School of Yogic Arts. This Kripalu based yoga teacher training taught her to place an emphasis on the guiding the mind, body, and spirit in a compassionate way. Amanda creates a safe space for all students and welcomes yogis of all levels to her class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
