Participants must bring a yoga mat\, yoga strap\, and towel. \n\n\n\n$28 per session (includes Gardens admission) \n\n\n\nMembers receive a $18 discount \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAmanda is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher who is so excited to meet you! Her classes are designed to empower students and inspire them to believe in themselves both on and off the mat. She prioritizes safety and accessibility for her students by offering modifications in every class. Amanda’s gentle teaching style focuses on support and encouragement during both movement and meditation. \n\n\n\nAmanda took her teacher training at the Long Island School of Yogic Arts. Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification. Nancy is thrilled to be an Ayurvedic Health Counselor practitioner & representative for the California College of Ayurveda’s Yoga Nidra Certification course. She is currently enrolled in the Clinical Ayurveda Program. Additionally\, she has earned her E-RYT 500 hours; Yoga Alliance approved Restorative Teacher training and 100 hr.
