DESCRIPTION:Family Fun\, Seasonal/Special Events\n\n\n\n\nProfessional yoga instructor Nancy Rich leads students through a dynamic\, yet gentle flow of postures and conscious breathing. Participants must bring a yoga mat\, yoga strap\, and towel. \n\n\n\n$28 per session (includes Gardens admission) \n\n\n\nMembers receive a $18 discount \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNancy Rich\, E-RYT 500\, a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook with a dual bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies and Psychology\, is a partner at Abhaya Yoga\, BK.\, where she has received a 500 hr. Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification. Nancy is thrilled to be an Ayurvedic Health Counselor practitioner & representative for the California College of Ayurveda’s Yoga Nidra Certification course. She is currently enrolled in the Clinical Ayurveda Program. Additionally\, she has earned her E-RYT 500 hours; Yoga Alliance approved Restorative Teacher training and 100 hr. Anatomy & Therapeutics Certification; Ayurvedic Massage & Body Therapy Certification course and 126 hr. Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy Certification through The California College of Ayurveda.
