Tai chi\u2014a unique form of \u201cmoving meditation\u201d\u2014calms the mind, relaxes the body and strengthens the spirit. Sessions are taught by professional tai chi instructor, Linda Cafiero<\/strong>, and are designed for all experience levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEW FOR 2026:<\/mark><\/strong> There is no inclement weather location. If the class is cancelled due to inclement weather, an announcement will be posted on the Old Westbury Gardens website by 6:00 pm the prior day, and the fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$32 per session<\/strong> (registration can be done online or the day of at the admission booth\u2014credit\/debit cards only).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Members receive a $11 discount ($11 fee per class) if they purchase at the gate (credit\/debit cards only) or by phone; they receive a $12 discount ($10 fee per class) if they register online. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
