Greenwich Village, long considered a hub of American Bohemian culture, was known throughout the early and mid-20th century for its eclectic, avant-garde residents. Small art galleries, experimental theater, and groundbreaking publications flourished alongside dynamic political and social movements. The neighborhood has also been home to an array of influential classical composers, including Philip Glass, Antonín Dvořák, Béla Bartók, Astor Piazzolla, David Del Tredici, and many others.

Fee: $30; $25 for OWG members, seniors (62+), and full-time students with valid I.D.

Please note: A pre-concert talk will be conducted at 7:30 pm, and a reception, with light refreshments, will be held immediately after the concert on the West Porch.
