Old Westbury Gardens is proud to present the chamber music ensemble, Poetica Musica, Artists-in-Residence for their concert, Collage of Four.
This outdoor concert, to be held on the lawn in front of the Barn at Orchard Hill, will feature guest violinists Eric Wyrick and Alisa Wyrick, guest violist Brett Deubner, and cellist and a founding member of Poetica Musica, Eugene Moye.
Works will include the String Quartet No. 4 in E minor, Opus 44, No 2 by Felix Mendelssohn, the String Quartet No 12 in F Major, Opus 96 (nicknamed the “American Quartet”) by Antonin Dvořák and more.
Ticket holders may arrive early to stroll the gardens or picnic.
Guest violinist Alisa Wyrick regularly performs as a guest violinist with the New York Philharmonic and was a member of the New York City Opera Orchestra.
Guest violinist Eric Wyrick is the Concertmaster and frequent soloist with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra and is a member of the Orpheus Chamber Ensemble.
Guest violist Brett Deubner has established himself as one of the foremost violists of his generation. He received a Latin Grammy nomination for “Best Classical CD Recording” for his recording of Houston Dunleavy’s concerto A Kiss Before the World’s End. He is a recipient of the 2022 Global Music Awards Silver Medal for his recording Transfiguration.
Cellist Eugene Moye is the principal cellist of the American Symphony Orchestra, a member of the New York City Ballet Orchestra, and the New York Composers Orchestra. He is also a founding member of Poetica Musica.

In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held inside the Barn.
