Christmas Tea Member Presale

The exclusive member presale starts on Saturday, November 1st at 9:00am and runs through Friday, November 14th.

Go to the Calendar of Events and select the tea you’d like to attend. Click “Purchase Tickets” to be directed to the ticketing page. In the top right corner, there is a button to “Sign-In”, which is how the website will recognize you as a member and grant you access to purchase your tickets. This will also automatically add the member discount to your cart.

If you’ve never created a password for our website before, please do so 这里. If you receive an error message when creating an account, it’s likely you already have one. In that case, click “Sign In” in the top right corner and follow the “Forgot Password” process. Once your password is reset, you’ll be able to log in and purchase tickets. Your username is the email address associated with your membership.

You’re welcome to purchase tickets for your group, but please note that your membership level determines how many of your tickets will receive the member discount:

· 个人 – 1 ticket discounted

· 家庭 – 2 tickets discounted

· Sustainer and above – up to 6 tickets discounted

You may purchase as many tickets as you’d like for your group. However, if you’re planning to purchase 15 or more tickets, you must call the main office at 516-333-0048 to complete your group booking.

Please call the main office at 516-333-0048 during our business hours of 9am-5pm. When the menu of options comes up, press 0 to be connected directly. Our staff can help you purchase tickets over the phone.
