Historic Westbury House of Old Westbury Gardens is the perfect location for holiday photos to be cherished for years to come.
While we may be closed during this pandemic, we are offering the opportunity to have photographs taken inside Westbury House by a professional photographer. Get a jump on your holiday card photos. It will be an experience to remember and a great way to support the Gardens at the same time!
Photo Sessions are available for reservation Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 5-22, 11am-3pm.
The $350 session fee includes:
30-minute session at 1 location selected from the 4 available locations for families/households of up to 6 people (all participants must be from the same household);
12 finished digital mages emailed within 2 days of the shoot.
A second location may be selected for an additional 15-minute session for $150.
Available locations: Mr. Phipps’s Study, the Second Floor Staircase (both with holiday decorations), in front of the Second Floor Landing fireplace (not decorated), and outside on the South Terrace facing the South Alleé.
All participants must abide by COVID policies which includes affirmation of health-screening questions prior to entry, and wearing face coverings when not being photographed. For the safety of all participants only one scheduled group will be permitted in Westbury House at a time.

Old Westbury Gardens Members receive a 20% discount on session fees.
Full payment is necessary to reserve a session.
Sessions must be reserved at least 48 hours in advance.
All persons must arrive prepared camera-ready (i.e., dressed for photos and groomed) There is access to restrooms but not for clothing changes; makeup, etc.
In case of rain, the interior non-decorated location is available; all photos will be taken at the scheduled time.
Session includes up to 6 household members. If you wish to include cousin/relatives you must book 2 consecutive sessions and cousins/relatives photos will be done between sessions.
No additional props are permitted. The location setting may not be adjusted; nothing in the backdrop can be touched, moved or removed.
Groups must arrive on time. Arrival after your scheduled time will result in less shooting time.
No other cameras (including cell phone cameras), video cameras or photographers are permitted at your session.
Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final and there will be no refunds for any reason.
