About the Instructor:
Marilyn Ashley is a yoga educator and E-RYT 500 with over 12 years of full-time teaching experience. Trained at Kripalu, she integrates traditional yoga philosophy with a gentle, accessible approach to movement and mindfulness. Marilyn leads teacher trainings, retreats, and workshops, and is known for creating supportive spaces that encourage both personal growth and deep rest. Her work emphasizes the therapeutic and transformative aspects of yoga, with a special focus on gentle practices, breath-work and philosophical teachings.
